1) Ordering from A, Sanoma

We accept orders by phone, fax, web or email. Please call us at toll-free 1-800-678-4725, Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m E.S.T We accept fax orders 24 hours a day at 718-784-5552.

2) Shipping Orders

Orders are shipped via RPS ground or common carrier unless other arrangements are made.

3) Method of Payment

For all initial orders you may pay with all major credit cards, C.O.D. or Proforma. To establish a net account, please send us a bank reference and six trade references.

4) Minimum order $500.00

5) Claims

CLAIMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. CLAIMS NOT REPORTED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items approved for return and deemed to have no damage or defect will incur a 20% restocking fee per item along with freight to and from your company’s address. A.Sanoma Inc.must authorize all returns, adjustments, deductions or chargebacks.

A.Sanoma Inc. strives to provide our clients with high quality merchandise shipped with carrier-approved materials. We understand damages and defects may occur and we apologize for the inconvenience. All A.Sanoma Inc. products are inspired by history and made for today. Artisans from around the world handcraft many of our products – there will be variations in color, size, and finish. We believe these irregularities give the pieces character and are part of the design, which enhance the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

7) All sizes are approximate.

8) On glass items and furniture items, there is a 4% packing charge.

9) We now offer drop shipment directly to the client—for an additional charge of $10 per package.
